Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 15/9/2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of nquiri.com and every nquiri product offered on a nquiri.com subdomain, including nquiri for dental clinics at dental.nquiri.com (together, the "Service").

The Service is provided by WEBMAGIC LAB, trading as Nquiri, ("nquiri", "we", "us"). By creating an account, starting a trial, buying a subscription or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it, and "you" means that business.

Some terms apply only to a particular nquiri product. Those are set out in section 19, and they apply in addition to everything above them.

1. The Service

1.1 nquiri is subscription software for running a business. Each product is a separate piece of software for a different kind of business, is licensed separately, and has its own plans.

1.2 We may improve, change or retire features over time. If we remove something that is central to a plan you have paid for, we will tell you in advance, and you may cancel and receive a pro rata refund for the unused period.

1.3 Some features are optional modules that the account owner can turn on or off. Where a module belongs to one product only, it is described in section 19.

2. Accounts

2.1 You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. You may need to verify your email address.

2.2 The account owner decides who gets a login and which role each person has. You are responsible for everything done under your account's logins. Keep passwords private, give each person their own login, and remove people who leave.

2.3 Tell us straight away at info@nquiri.com if you believe a login has been misused.

2.4 You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.

3. Free trial

3.1 New accounts may get a free trial. Its length is shown at signup. No card is needed to start one.

3.2 When the trial ends, the account moves to the billing screen until you buy a plan. Your data stays safe, and the owner can still download it.

4. Subscriptions and payment

4.1 Subscriptions are bought through our online store. Prices are shown there and include or exclude GST as stated at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment partner. We never see or store your card or bank details.

4.2 A subscription runs for the period you bought (for example, monthly or yearly). Unless the plan says it renews automatically, you renew by buying again before it ends.

4.3 We may change prices for future periods. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for, and we will give at least 30 days' notice before it applies to you.

4.4 If a subscription lapses, access moves to the billing screen. We do not delete your data because a payment was missed, and the owner can still export it. Access comes back when you renew.

4.5 Each nquiri product is bought separately. Subscribing to one product gives you no right to use another.

5. Cancellation and refunds

5.1 You can stop using the Service at any time. It stays available until the end of the period you have paid for.

5.2 Refund policy.

Payments are non-refundable once the period has started, except where these Terms or the law say otherwise.

5.3 Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within [7–10] working days. Ask for one at info@nquiri.com and include your order number.

6. Your data

6.1 You own your data. Everything you or your team enters, including the records you keep about your own customers ("Customer Data"), belongs to you. We use it only to provide, secure and support the Service, and as described in our Privacy Policy.

6.2 Your responsibilities. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the Customer Data you enter. That includes having a lawful basis or consent to record your customers' personal information — and any sensitive information, such as the health records a dental practice keeps about its patients — keeping it accurate, and answering their requests. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you are the Data Fiduciary for Customer Data and we act as your Data Processor.

6.3 Export. The owner can download Customer Data to Excel at any time, including after a subscription ends.

6.4 Deletion. The Service lets you erase an individual customer's identifying details when they ask. Records the law requires you to keep are retained. To have your whole account and its data permanently deleted, the owner must ask in writing at info@nquiri.com. Deletion cannot be undone. Copies in our backups are removed as those backups expire on their normal cycle.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • •use the Service for anything unlawful, or to store data you have no right to hold;
  • •send spam or unsolicited messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you;
  • •try to access another customer's data, or probe, scan or break the Service's security;
  • •reverse engineer, copy or resell the Service, or build a competing product from it;
  • •overload the Service with automated traffic or scraping;
  • •upload malware or harmful content.

We may suspend access that puts the Service or other customers at risk. Where it is safe to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

8. Messaging

The Service may prepare WhatsApp, SMS or email messages for you to send to your customers. Messages you send from your own phone or account are sent by you. You are responsible for their content and for having permission to contact the recipient. Any automated messaging module will have its own terms, shown when you turn it on.

9. Professional responsibility

nquiri is a record-keeping and business-management tool. It does not give professional advice of any kind — medical, legal, tax or financial — and it is not a substitute for the judgement of a qualified professional.

Every professional decision, and responsibility for it, stays with the person qualified to make it. Reminders, queues and reports are aids to that person's own process and should not be relied on as the only safeguard.

Where a product serves a regulated profession, further terms apply. For nquiri for dental clinics, see section 19.

10. Availability and support

10.1 We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance is kept short and, where possible, scheduled outside your working hours.

10.2 Support is available at info@nquiri.com. SUPPORT HOURS - Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm IST.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, and the nquiri and WEBMAGIC LAB names and logos belong to us. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own business during your subscription. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

12. Confidentiality and security

We take reasonable security measures appropriate to the data each product holds, including health and financial data where a product records it, as described in our Privacy Policy. We will notify you without undue delay if we become aware of a personal data breach affecting your Customer Data, so that you can meet your own obligations.

13. Limitation of liability

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data arising from use of the Service.

13.2 Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 6 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

13.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law, including liability for fraud.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from Customer Data you entered without a lawful right, messages you sent, or your breach of these Terms.

15. Termination

15.1 You may close your account at any time by writing to us.

15.2 We may end your access if you seriously breach these Terms and do not fix the breach within 15 days of our notice, or immediately if the law requires it.

15.3 After termination, the owner may still ask for an export of Customer Data for [90] days, unless deletion was requested.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date, and for material changes we will notify account owners by email or inside the product at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion. If that fails, the courts at Trivandrum, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

18. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your account without our written consent. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and your order form together are the entire agreement between us.

19. Product-specific terms

This section applies in addition to everything above. Only the subsection for the product you use applies to you.

19.1nquiri for dental clinicsdental.nquiri.comNot a medical device. nquiri for dental clinics is a record-keeping and practice-management tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not give medical advice. Diagnosis, treatment and every clinical decision remain the responsibility of the treating professional. Reminders and reports are aids and should not be relied on as the only safeguard.The clinical module. Features that record a patient's clinical history are optional and are switched on per clinic. Turning them on does not change who is responsible for what is recorded in them.Health data. Patient health information is sensitive personal data. You are responsible for the lawful basis and the consent to record it, and for answering your patients' requests about it, as set out in clause 6.2 and in our Privacy Policy.
