NQUIRI DENTAL · LIVE
The practice operating system for Indian dental clinics.
One login runs the day, the money, the record, the labs, the people and the reports. Built for the front desk, on the phone your staff already carry.
14 days free, no card. Your whole clinic downloads as an Excel file whenever you want it — including after you stop paying.
THE HOME SCREEN
It opens on the work, not on a menu.
Today is the home screen. The day’s appointments in time order, and under them every list that ends in a phone call: follow-ups, recalls, pending balances, lab cases due back, booking requests, birthdays, stock running low.
Every one of those rows carries a name, the reason, a WhatsApp link and a done button. Each list shows the ten most overdue and keeps the true number on its badge, so a clinic with three hundred outstanding still gets a screen that loads on a phone.
COMING AS A SEPARATE MODULE Every message today is a WhatsApp link somebody taps. Automated sending is approved as its own paid module and is not built yet.
EVERYTHING IT RUNS
Six parts of a practice, one system.
Not a module you bolt on to something else. The desk, the money, the record, the paper, the suppliers and the people are all the same login, the same rows and the same day.
01
Appointments in six states, from scheduled through to completed, no-show or cancelled. Times on any five-minute mark. A day drawn to scale per doctor, a week that is the next seven days, and a free-slot finder that reads opening hours, doctor hours, leave, closures and the number of chairs.
Clashes, closed hours, a doctor on leave and full chairs all warn the desk. None of them refuse the booking — the person at the counter decides.

Money is stored in paise and never in floats. A treatment plan is a lump sum or a set of lines with the teeth they belong to, each line counting its sittings; a plan can carry an instalment schedule, and Today then chases the instalment rather than the whole balance. Balances age in bands from the last payment. Payments are reversed, never edited.
Four report tabs with a date range and a branch switcher, where every count opens the list behind it. Per-treatment money is withheld until 40% of it is accounted for, and chair utilisation waits for 80% stamp coverage: the reports would rather say nothing than guess.

The Teeth tab draws the patient’s plan lines as an FDI chart with per-tooth history, in read mode or exam mode. A finding is one observed fact about one tooth, taken from the clinic’s own list rather than a fixed vocabulary, and “Plan this” carries the tooth straight into the quote. Mark the line done and the finding resolves itself.
The gum check — six sextant scores and the furcation star — is core, because it sets a review date that comes back on Today. FDI is what is stored, exported and printed; Universal and Palmer are labels each login can choose.

04
A prescription on the clinic’s own pad: an RX number, the prescriber named with their registration number, and a signature line. It prints and it is never sent, because it is worth nothing until the dentist signs it in ink.
The instruction sheet is the paper that does go out on WhatsApp — medicines with dose, frequency and duration, plus aftercare. It is headed “Patient instructions — not a prescription”, and that line is fixed in the template, not a setting somebody can switch off. Compose one and the other starts filled, saying where it was carried from.

A lab case is the one chase aimed at a supplier rather than a patient: the laboratory, the work, the teeth, the promised date, an impression visit and a fitting visit. It appears on Today a day before it is due back, and the dates are written by the transition rather than typed by somebody.
Inventory is a stocktake, not a ledger: a count, a unit and a reorder level, with a Running low card on Today. No suppliers, no purchase orders, no expiry dates — a field the front desk cannot maintain on a busy afternoon is a field that lies.

Three roles — owner, staff and doctor — enforced in the middleware, not by hiding links. Four grants an owner can hand out, and a list that is never delegable: reports, billing, revenue, logins, payment reversal, erasing a patient and switching branch.
Each branch carries its own opening hours, two sessions a day, effective-dated so last year’s capacity does not move when this year’s hours change. Doctor hours are intersected with the branch’s and never widen them.

THE CLINICAL MODULE
The record tier ships switched off.
Everything the front desk runs is core and can never be turned off. What is primarily a doctor’s record sits behind one per-clinic switch that starts closed: we turn it on for the clinics that want it.
Off hides the doors, never the rows. Switch it back on and every chart and every sitting is exactly where it was.
Six sites a tooth — pockets, recession, bleeding, mobility and furcation — with the layers on the Teeth tab and a referral print on the letterhead.
One record per tooth per course: canals, sittings, diagnosis and step from a closed list, and a dressing deadline that becomes a chase.
One clinical note an appointment — found, did, next — and the next line surfaces at the top of the following visit.
Extraction, root canal and general anaesthetic, on your letterhead, in your own wording if you rewrite it. The app raises the form; the ink is the act.
The browser’s own speech recognition on the visit note and the perio chart. Off unless the owner turns it on, with the disclosure as the control.
DELIBERATELY NOT BUILT
The refusals are the specification.
Software for a busy counter earns its place by what it declines to pretend. Every line below is a decision on the record, not an oversight.
No model reads your records, writes your reports or reads a radiograph. The report sentences and the patient headline are rules. Dictation is the browser’s own, and it is optional.
Billing runs through the WEBMAGIC LAB store. The app handles no card number and verifies no payment gateway.
A count, a unit and a reorder level. No suppliers, purchase orders, expiry dates, batch numbers or stock value in rupees.
Every WhatsApp message is a link a person taps, with the text already written. Automated sending is a separate module, and it is not built yet.
X-rays are links to storage the clinic owns. The image never touches our server, and there is deliberately no preview.
Headed Bill, never Tax invoice, with no GST engine behind it — because these services are exempt for the clinics this is built for.
A report that cannot measure something says so and shows nothing, rather than printing a plausible figure.
A patient can send a request and a human accepts it. Nothing is held, reserved or confirmed automatically.
WHO IS LOOKING
Three people, three screens, one practice.
Every branch, the money and the reports. Hands out four grants, and keeps billing, revenue, logins and reversals to themselves.
Today, the six actions and the lists, for the branch they are standing in. Big buttons, no jargon, one screen an action.
Their own day across branches, and the write access that matters: plans, prescriptions, instructions, the clinical records and the chair clock.
WHAT IT RUNS ON
Boring where it matters.
A clinic cannot audit its software, so here is what has actually been done to this one.
Seventy-five thousand patients and 382,047 appointments on the test cluster. The Today screen was a one-megabyte page; it is now 127 KB.
Nightly encrypted dumps kept locally and offsite, plus seven-day point-in-time recovery on the cluster. The restore has been rehearsed, not assumed.
An eight-pass review of the whole codebase found no injection, no cross-clinic read, no cross-site scripting, no float money and no server clock shifting a clinic’s date.
A droplet in BLR1 against a managed MySQL 8.4 cluster. Request logs carry no patient field, and nothing goes offsite.
A progressive web app with a service worker that caches the static files and never your data. Server-rendered, so the chart and the filters still work with scripting off.
Dates and times are the clinic’s own wall clock, stored as plain dates and converted never.

QUESTIONS
The ones clinics actually ask.
It is built for one. The screens are designed at 380px first, every tab strip scrolls rather than wraps, and the page never scrolls sideways. Staff can install it from the browser like an app; there is nothing to download.
Yes. Each branch has its own opening hours, chairs and lists. The owner switches between branches and sees across all of them; staff see the branch they belong to. You name your own branches.
Upload a spreadsheet in the app’s own export shape. It previews first, then imports, and it skips bad rows with a report rather than refusing the whole file.
Yes. A doctor sees their own day across branches and writes what a doctor writes — plans, prescriptions, instruction sheets, the clinical records — while the desk keeps the money and the settings.
Your data is retained and never deleted, and the owner keeps the Excel download. You are not locked out of your own records to make you renew.
You buy on the WEBMAGIC LAB store and a signed webhook activates your clinic. No card number ever reaches the app, and nothing in it verifies a payment gateway.
Run Monday on it.
Fourteen days, your own patients, no card. If it does not fit the way your counter works, you have lost a fortnight and an export.
